Little Havana on the Move has been a flagship project aimed at improving active, safe, and convenient transportation for all modes and abilities. The project has been led by Urban Health Partnerships (UHP). Accomplishments include engaging more than 1,000 residents to help inform the Little Havana Me Importa Master Plan led by PlusUrbia in collaboration with the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Dade Heritage Trust, City of Miami, and Healthy Little Havana. Additionally, Little Havana on the Move worked to have permanent built-environment changes installed on NW 2nd Street from NW 17th Ave to NW 9th Ave and facilitated the creation of a Guardians of the Parks (Guardianes de los Parques de la Pequeña Habana).
