In preparation for the Día de Los Muertos celebration, Healthy Little Havana will host four immersive community workshops. These workshops will offer Little Havana residents hands-on opportunities to create traditional marigold flowers, craft intricate sugar skulls, and decorate frames for use during the event. By fostering local vendor participation and delivering thoughtfully curated programming, these workshops ensure that Little Havana residents are deeply involved in co-designing the Día de Los Muertos celebration. Their contributions will be pivotal in shaping a vibrant and culturally rich event that reflects the community's spirit and traditions.
