Improving health through housing policy and systems change


The first major housing project Healthy Little Havana has undertaken involves a Health Impact Assessment to understand the health implications of zoning regulations and one system change toward healthy housing practices in Little Havana. As a whole, the chief aim of this project is to improve the health of the Little Havana community through building community capacity and advocating for housing policies and system changes that promote positive health outcomes.
